Generally, those who teach in educational institutions are called teachers. 


There are institutional teachers in every country in every age. Those who teach in exchange for public and private salaries and facilities. This is a general process of the education system. 


And there are some wise people on earth who contribute more than teaching to an organization.

সাধারনত যিনিরা শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে শিক্ষকতা করেন, তিনিদেরকেই শিক্ষক হিসূবে অভিহিত করা হয়।


প্রতিটা যুগে প্রতিটা দেশে এরকম প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষক রয়েছেন। যিনিরা সরকারি ও বেসরকারি বেতন-ভাতা ও সুযোগ-সুবিধার বিনিময়ে শিক্ষা প্রদান করেন। এটা হচ্ছে শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার একটি সাধারন প্রক্রিয়া।


এবং পৃথিবীতে কিছু জ্ঞানী ব্যক্তি রয়েছেন, যিনিরা কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানে শিক্ষকতার চেয়ে বেশি অবদান রাখেন।


তিনিরা ব্যাপকভাবে জ্ঞানচর্চা করেন এবং লেখালেখি করেন। তিনিদের লেখালেখির মাধ্যমে জ্ঞানের জগত আরো সমৃদ্ধ হয়‌। 


তিনিদের কেউ শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে শিক্ষকতা করেন, আবার কেউ করেননা। 


কিন্তু প্রত্যেকেই স্বাধীনভাবে জ্ঞানচর্চা করেন।


এভাবেই ওই সকল মহান ব্যক্তিগণ ইউনিভার্সাল টিচারে (চিরন্তন শিক্ষক) পরিণত হন।


এ্যারিস্টটল, ইমাম আবু হানিফা, আল-ফারাবি, আল-গাযালি, বার্ট্রান্ড রাসেল প্রমুখ হচ্ছেন ইউনিভার্সাল টিচার।
